Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.

Where required by law, this includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method selected by you do not have to be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

After exercising your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and within the applicable statutory return period.

Unless otherwise stated, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods where this has been communicated to you before purchase.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases. This may include, in particular, goods that are made according to customer specifications or are clearly personalised.

A product is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is produced after an order is placed. Whether an exception applies depends on the specific product and the degree of customer-specific manufacture.

• Your order number or another way to identify the contract
• The goods concerned
• The date the goods were ordered and/or received
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

The use of a specific form is not mandatory for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
